Policy Analyst
Patrick Schumacher serves as a policy analyst at the Rockefeller Institute, focusing on health and fiscal policies in New York State. He has contributed to various projects, including examining the balance of payments between states and the federal government and several economic impact analyses. Schumacher holds a master’s degree in public health from the University at Albany’s School of Public Health and brings experience from an internship with the federal government.
