The ACA Implementation Research Network

The ACA Implementation Research Network analyzes the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act at the state level and provides close-observation findings, now and for years to come.

The network is coordinated by the Rockefeller Institute of Government, the Brookings Institution, and the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.

Given the uncertainty of the ACA, research on what works and doesn’t work is more important than ever.
