Stephen Berger is the chairman and one of the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Odyssey Partners in 1993, he was executive vice president of GE Capital Corporation and executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Berger served as chairman of the New York State Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century, executive director of the New York State Emergency Control Board for the City of New York and chairman of the Board of the United States Railway Association.
