Henry Louis Taylor, Jr., is the founding director of the University at Buffalo Center for Urban Studies and is a full professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning in the School of Architecture and Planning. Dr. Taylor is also the coordinator of the department Community Development and Urban Management Specialization.
