Albany, NY —  Explore the numbers and trends behind some of the most pressing public policy issues facing New York State and the nation with new interactive data tools from the Rockefeller Institute of Government, now available in one central location.

“Coupled with the rigorous research that the Rockefeller Institute has been conducting for nearly 40 years, these visual, interactive data tools help illustrate and clarify the issues confronting policymakers at the local, state, and national levels,” said Rockefeller Institute President Jim Malatras. “This new, growing collection is an excellent resource for anyone seeking to understand how public policy shapes our lives.”

So far, the collection includes: 

The data visualization team includes Nicholas Simons, project coordinator; Laura Schultz, director of fiscal analysis and senior economist; and Kyle Adams, director of communications, with additional support and contributions from Rockefeller Institute researchers.
