Strumfeld has worked as a full-time and freelance reporter for newspapers and magazines, a macro editor and copy editor, and as an advertising agency copywriter. She is the founder of Zealous Scribbler Literary Services—a one-woman-shop for all literary needs, including editing, ghostwriting, marketing, and book launch/event planning. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she studied journalism, English, and creative writing. She also produces music events and sits on the Troy Public Library Board of Trustees.
