Sarah DeShaw focuses on workforce development and community outreach at BETA Technologies, a Vermont-based aerospace company developing all-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. At BETA, DeShaw is responsible for focusing efforts on building concrete, skill-based workforce development initiatives.
