Kelly Roskam, JD, is the director of law and policy at the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions. In this role, Kelly supports the development, advocacy, implementation, and defense of evidence-based firearm policy to save lives. Her work focuses in particular on Second Amendment doctrine, Extreme Risk Protection Orders, and the intersection of domestic violence and firearms.
Roskam received her BA in history and political science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her JD from the Pennsylvania State University–Dickinson School of Law.
