SUNY students—present your research for a chance to get published and win a cash prize.
The Future Leaders in Policy (FLIP) Competition gives State University of New York (SUNY) undergraduate and graduate students a chance to share their public policy research with New York State leaders, publish with the Rockefeller Institute of Government, and win a cash prize. SUNY students submit applications and, if accepted, develop their in-progress or completed research into presentations that they deliver to a panel of judges from the New York State Legislature, Executive Chamber, and state agencies. Judges select winners and those students are invited to adapt their research and presentations for written publication by the Rockefeller Institute. Upon publication approval of their final research, researchers/teams are awarded a cash prize.
